5. Terms of Service

  1. The seller. MOND is a brand of Genova Plastic Manufacturing and Assembly LLC (جينوفا لصناعة وتجميع البلاستيك ش.ذ.م.م), Commercial Register No. 287925, Tax Registration No. 779-924-274, registered at Plot 50, Industrial Zone B3, 10th of Ramadan City, Sharqia Governorate, Arab Republic of Egypt.
  2. Prices. All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds and are inclusive of Value Added Tax, as required by law. Shipping fees, where they apply, are shown before you complete your order.
  3. Orders. Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.
  4. Invoicing. A compliant invoice is issued with every order, showing the date, time, item, price and seller details, as required by Law 181/2018.
  5. Product information. Product images are representative. Colour may vary slightly between screens and the physical product.
  6. Returns and warranty. Governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy and Warranty Policy above, which form part of these Terms.
  7. Intellectual property. The MOND name, wordmark, product designs, images and site content are owned by [LEGAL NAME] and may not be reproduced without written permission.
  8. Liability. Nothing in these Terms limits any right the consumer holds under Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 or any other mandatory Egyptian law.
  9. Disputes. Governed by Egyptian law. Consumers may contact the Consumer Protection Agency, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
