3. Shipping Policy
Where we ship
MOND currently ships across all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt. (GCC shipping to be added.)
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from our factory at Plot 50, Industrial Zone B3, 10th of Ramadan City, Sharqia within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays and public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times

These are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary during public holidays or in remote areas.
Shipping fees: free. MOND covers delivery on every order, to every governorate in Egypt.
Tracking: A tracking number is sent by email and SMS on dispatch.
Receiving your order: Inspect the parcel on delivery. If the outer box is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and contact us the same day.
Note: Under Article 36 of the Consumer Protection Law, delivery date and location must be disclosed before the purchase is completed — these fields must be accurate and visible at checkout, not only on this page.
