What we collect

Why we collect it

  • To process, deliver and service your order
  • To handle returns, warranty claims and customer service
  • To meet legal obligations, including invoicing and tax records
  • To send marketing communications, only where you have opted in

Payment data

MOND does not store your full card details. Payments are processed by our payment provider [PROVIDER], which handles card data under its own security standards.

Sharing

We share data only with parties needed to fulfil your order: our courier, our payment provider, and our e-commerce platform (Shopify). We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time, by contacting hello@mondluggage.com.

Retention

Order and invoice records are retained as required by Egyptian tax and commercial law. (Confirm the statutory retention period with the lawyer/accountant.)

Review note: Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 may impose registration, consent and data-officer obligations. The lawyer must confirm what applies to MOND.
